Whether you’re escaping on a Girls Getaway, you’re single, or a couple, a visit to Savannah would not be complete without a stop at The Salt Table’s new wine tasting bar featuring awesome Georgia wine. You can sample dry reds and whites from the Georgia Mountains or sweet and fruity wines from the local Savannah area. This is the only wine tasting room in Savannah where you can sample these exclusive wines … all from Georgia. And, all of the selections come from international, award-wining Georgia wineries with fruit grown right here in Georgia.
The cost per person is only $10 (Private parties are also available after hours.)
(Under Georgia Law, Photo ID is required and customer must be at least 21 years of age to sample or purchase wine)
The $10 per person price includes a wine glass and five generous samples from a list of about 20 options. And, to remember your visit, you get to keep the collectors stemless wine glass embossed with the Salt Table logo. Wine is also sold by the bottle. (Couples may share samples)
Reservations? It is recommended that groups of 6 to 18 make reservations. For groups up to 8 walk ins are welcome, but it is first come – first served basis. So, reservations are always a good idea for any size group. Monday thru Saturday wine tasting starts at 11:00am with last call at 5:45pm. (Sundays 12:30 to 4:45)
While at The Salt Table you can also sample over 200 flavors of salt, seasoning blends, spices, dips, tea, popcorn, honey, sugar, other fabulous GA grown products, and much more! This will prove to be a truly memorable part your total Savannah Experience.
