Blackberry Patch Fruit Preserves for Cheese

Gourmet fruit preserves from our friends at Blackberry Patch. These are especially good with Cheese.  All made with fresh fruit and cane sugar and simmered in small, handmade batches.

Blueberry Lemon Thyme Fruit Preserves – 10 oz. jar, small batch made with pure cane sugar.  This is made with real Georgia blueberries, especially good paired with hard cheeses or on a biscuit with butter!  Ingredients:  Blueberries, cane sugar, lemon juice, thyme

Peach Bourbon Cardamom Fruit Preserves – 10 oz. jar, small batch made with pure cane sugar, bourbon and cardamom.  This is made with real Georgia peaches, especially good paired with soft cheeses like brie or goat.  Of course, it’s also fantastic on crackers with a dab of cream cheese!  Ingredients:  Peaches, cane sugar, bourbon, lemon juice, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon

Peach Pepper Fruit Preserves – 10 oz. jar, small batch made with pure cane sugar, peaches and lemon lightly spiced.  This is great when paired with mild, soft cheeses.  Ingredients:  Peach juice, pure cane sugar, peppers, white distilled vinegar, pectin

Raspberry Pepper Fruit Preserves – 10 oz. jar, small batch made with pure cane sugar, peaches and lemon lightly spiced.  Great when paired with mild, soft cheeses like brie or camembert.  Ingredients:  Raspberries, cane sugar, crushed red pepper flakes
