Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt: This Pacific Sea Salt is slow smoked over real Alder wood, giving it an authentic, clean smoke flavor. This smoked sea salt is a 100% natural way to add authentic smoked flavor without the unpleasant aftertaste. It is highly recommended for salmon and other robust seafood. It comes in either fine grain or coarse grain.

Applewood Smoked Sea Salt Sea: This salt utilizes sweet Applewood to fuel the fires that flavor this naturally smoked sea salt. Its subtle fruit and wood flavor is mild enough to use with fish, shellfish, poultry, pork, sausage, ham, and bacon.  Comes in either fine grain or coarse grain.

Cherrywood Smoked Sea Salt: This New England Sea Salt is made with pure Sea Salt that has been slowly smoked above a Maine Cherry wood fire. The result is a smooth, slightly sweet-tasting sea salt. This smooth, slightly sweet salt flavor is great for meat, poultry, fish, other meats, vegetables, starches, eggs, and more. It can also be added to the rim of your favorite ales or rum cocktails. Fine grain only. 

Hickory Smoked Sea Salt is naturally smoked over premium hickory hardwood. The resulting smoke flavor is full and clean without bitterness. No artificial flavors are added. It works magic with ribs, burgers, red meat, turkey, and chicken. Fine grain only.

Smoked Bacon Sea Salt:  This salt blends natural smoked bacon flavor with gourmet sea salt. It enhances the flavor of steak, eggs, beans, salads, biscuits, gravy, or anything else you would enjoy eating with bacon. It’s great for seasoning green beans or grilled vegetables. NOT VEGETARIAN. It comes in either fine grain or coarse grain. This is our most popular smoked salt.

Smoked Onion and Garlic Sea Salt: This is a natural, Alder wood-smoked coarse grain sea salt combined with minced onion and garlic. Many customers use this as a staple in their kitchens for seasoning meats, eggs, burgers, fish, and even cottage cheese. It is one of our most popular smoked salts.

Whiskey-smoked Irish Sea Salt: Aged Teeling whiskey oak kegs are smoked within hours of emptying. This process ensures they retain their rich whiskey and oak aroma, which is then subtly infused into Oriel Irish Mineral Sea Salt, renowned for being rich in trace minerals and embodying a powerful taste.

Spanish Paprika Salt:  Paprika is naturally wood-smoked, adding smokiness to its sweet and peppery flavor. This intensely flavorful seasoning is mixed with Italian sea salt to create a smoky, sweet, and salty blend. It is perfect for eggs, grits, seafood, chowder, protein, and popcorn!

Smoked Black Peppercorns: These peppercorns, smoked over hickory wood, can be used anywhere in place of your average whole black peppercorns in a grinder (or mill). They also have an incredible smoky aroma and flavor. Try them in salsa, soups, and vegetables, or spice up a Bloody Mary!

Savannah Style Hickory Smoked Beef Rub: Southerners love to barbecue! We take our natural sea salt, smoked over real Hickory wood, and add it to other ingredients to make a smoky beef rub that creates the perfect finish when grilling outdoors or slow cooking indoors.

Savannah Style Triple Smoked Pork Rub: This rub combines real smoked bacon salt, smoked Alderwood salt, and smoked paprika for a unique new pork rub.  Great for grilling or slow cooking.
