Maldon Salt comes from England, directly across the English Channel from France where Sel Gris Tamis Grey and Fleur de Sel are made. Technically, Maldon is not Celtic salt. However, Maldon Salt is considered by many to be a Celtic Salt in its outstanding quality, how it is made, and the general region where it derives.
