Just because we are called The Salt Table, doesn’t mean everything has salt in it. This great go-to blend is salt free and strong, without overpowering your dish. It does really well in olive oil if left over night as a marinade. Proteins will soak up those herbs as will veggies too. This product does well on eggplant, roasted potatoes, chicken, fish, and even some bread and olive oil for a quick dip.
